8" x 11" sumi ink on cuttingboard

i haven't finished it for the sheer fact that whatever i retouch, i unintentionally crapify it. i did this in 5 minutes for the grizzly bear show i was going to but enough people told me it looked undone so i ended up not bringing it with me to give the band as a gift (which i regret).

oh and i still can't believe i lost my fucking sketchbook.

sketchbook still lost. mood changed from angry to enraged.
tore room apart, still lost. bought a new sketchbook to ease my sanity.

looks like we're going to have to do with the shit quality.

i just used my dads underwear as an oven mitt.

How do you guys think this would look as the introduction (first) page to my web-portfolio?

so that band (wallpaper mahogany) I designed the previous poster for wanted me to make them a logo... I thought that the king of hearts would best symbolize their band.
I also made a sticker logo for them.

(ill have the zoomed version of it later.)


The idea pitched to me "girl in love with a brain", therefore that is the title!
The band is wallpaper mahogany, & you should add them/check them out.

I used Kurt cobain as a model, but didn't directly copy everything Cobain. If you catch my drift.
